How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Made-to-order or custom items may take longer. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination.

Do you offer international shipping? 

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional cost.

What is your return policy? 

At Dreams by Trish, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re unsatisfied with your order, we’re here to help. We accept returns within 7 days of your purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns for a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Non-returnable items include Earrings (for hygiene reasons), personalized or custom-made items, and clearance or final sale items.
